Pianetti Palace

Yesterday my boyfriend and I visited Pianetti Palace in Jesi (Middle Italy). It was the residence of the Pianetti family and presently it hosts the picture gallery of the city. The palace is huge, but only one part can be visited because on the first floor there is a 800 square metres inhabited apartment. The Pianetti family lived on the same floor and now those rooms host a permanent exhibition of contemporary art.
Although it's an amazing place to visit, it's not known as it would deserve. When we entered the ticket office, we realized that we were the only two visitors. We were alone with a really nice guide that told us the story of the family and palace. I don't think it will ever happen again in another museum.
I can't tell what I like most about the palace. Everything is so harmonious, refined and beautiful.
Unfortunately tourists are not allowed to take photographs, so here are some pictures I found on the Internet.

It's no surprise that it's considered the most beautiful palace in Middle Italy and unique in its kind.
